Before becoming a Loan Officer he spent years as a Debt Consultant, helping clients dig out from under significant financial burdens and reclaim their freedom. That experience gave him something most loan officers simply do not have: a deep, firsthand understanding of what it feels like to be on the other side of a financial struggle. It is the foundation everything he does is built on. Now approaching five years in the mortgage industry, Barrett has found his niche in Manufactured Home Loans, an area that requires specialized knowledge and a genuine commitment to finding solutions for clients who are often overlooked elsewhere. His passion is simple and consistent: helping people save money and get to the closing table. He listens carefully, he knows his stuff, and once he is in your corner he is determined to see it through.
