About Daniel Dennis
TX - Licensed Daniel Dennis did not arrive at mortgage lending by a straight line, and his clients are better for it. Before he ever closed his first loan, Daniel spent more than two decades building businesses, leading teams, and solving problems across industries as different as video production, construction, and hospitality. He has worn every hat imaginable, and that breadth of experience shows up in the way he works with clients today. He communicates clearly, thinks creatively, and approaches every transaction the way an entrepreneur would, with a genuine stake in the outcome. Daniel has been serving homebuyers and homeowners throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding North Texas communities since 2022, and his specialty is first-time homebuyers. He has a particular gift for taking something that can feel overwhelming and making it feel manageable, even exciting. For Daniel, the best moment in any transaction is the one where he gets to hand someone the keys to their very first home. He has never gotten tired of that. When he is not working with clients, Daniel is serving his community in a different capacity altogether. He is an elected City Council member for the City of Justin, Texas, a role he did not necessarily see coming but has embraced fully. It says something about the kind of person he is that his neighbors trusted him with that responsibility. Outside of work and public service, Daniel stays busy in the best possible way. He and his wife are in the thick of life with their almost two-year-old daughter, and he will tell you there is no better perspective reset than experiencing the world through the eyes of a toddler. He sails, hikes, reads, plays music, and is always in the middle of learning something new. He believes that staying curious and balanced outside of work makes him better at everything he does inside of it, and his clients would probably agree.
