About David Rogers
OH - TAO, PA - TAO David Rogers bought his first house at 19, long before he ever thought about becoming a loan officer. That leap turned into a genuine love for real estate, one that eventually led him to flipping homes, investing in property, and finally, helping other people do what changed his own life. That firsthand experience is what makes David different. He's been the nervous first-time buyer and the investor running the numbers late at night, and he genuinely enjoys the complicated cases that don't fit neatly into a textbook. He primarily serves clients throughout Pennsylvania and Ohio, with deep roots in Southeastern Pennsylvania and familiarity across Chester, Lancaster, Berks, Delaware, and Montgomery counties. He also spent time living in Northwest Ohio, and continues to serve clients in that area remotely, bringing the same local familiarity to borrowers there. His clients describe him as approachable, honest, and quick to communicate before small issues become big surprises. David doesn't just want to close a loan, he wants his clients to actually understand it, and to feel like they have someone in their corner long after closing day. Outside of work, David is a dad first, spending his time with his six-year-old son (named after Captain America's alter ego, a detail he's more than a little proud of). When he's not chasing his son around or tackling a home project himself, he's usually deep in a good fantasy story, whether that's Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, or Zelda.
