About Jelena Roberts
NV - NMLO-138739 Jelena Roberts has never followed a straight line to get where she wanted to go, and that has made her a better loan officer for it. She started in banking, worked her way up to loan officer, then took a hard left with her husband and opened a motorcycle dealership. Over the next twelve years, she ran the finance and operations side of a business that grew into a multimillion-dollar company, before they sold it in 2021. When she stepped away from the dealership, it did not take long to realize what she actually missed: the numbers, the people, the problem solving. So she came back to finance, this time as a mortgage loan officer, and it has felt like coming home. Jelena has called Summerlin, Las Vegas, and Henderson home for over 20 years, and she serves clients across all of Nevada. Self-employed borrowers, first time buyers, new construction, she loves the variety and genuinely enjoys the challenge each one brings. If a loan does not fit the first program she tries, she does not stop there. She digs deeper, gets creative, and finds the path that actually works. Her clients describe her as responsive, communicative, and fully invested in their success, the kind of loan officer who makes sure nobody is left wondering what happens next. Outside of work, Jelena is happiest with her husband, their two daughters, and their two dogs, whether that is a hike, a run, or planning the next family trip.
