For most of his life, showing up meant being at the family pizzeria, a restaurant his family built and ran for forty years in the community they called home. He stepped into running it at nineteen years old and never looked back. That kind of early responsibility shapes a person in ways that no training program can replicate. Earlier this year June made the leap into mortgage lending, and he brought everything with him. The work ethic. The accountability. The understanding that people are counting on you and that you do not get to have an off day when they are. He is newer to the industry but not new to what it takes, and the team around him has helped him hit the ground running fast. June is licensed in Illinois and New Jersey and works primarily with first-time homebuyers and investors looking to do fix and flip projects. Two very different clients with one thing in common: they need someone they can trust and actually get on the phone. June answers at nine at night. He answers on weekends. He is just there, and in this business that is not a small thing. His clients describe him as reliable and present, which sounds simple until you have worked with someone who is neither. Outside of work June has a quieter side. He loves taking scenic photos, finding the kinds of views that make you stop and look at where you are. It is a good reminder that after all those years running a family business and now building a new career, he has earned the right to enjoy the scenery every once in a while.
