Based in West Virginia but helping families across the U.S., Kacey works with everyone from first-time homebuyers and veterans to investors and borrowers with those "okay…this one's a little complicated" situations—which, honestly, might be her favorite. If there's a way to make a loan work, Kacey is going to dig until she finds it. And if there isn't, she'll give you a game plan to get there. Mortgage lending is also a family business for Kacey. She works alongside her mom, Kim Clark, who has been in the mortgage industry for 40 years, and she is incredibly honored to continue helping many of the same families Kim has served over the years. Today, that means helping longtime clients, their kids, and now even some of their grandkids. Kacey's husband, Brandon Carbonari, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, also works alongside her, making their business truly a family effort. That history is a big part of why Kacey believes a great loan officer shouldn't just be there for one transaction—they should be someone your family can rely on for years to come. With a background in engineering and project management, Kacey brings a slightly different approach to mortgages: solve the problem, skip the unnecessary jargon, and keep things moving. Most importantly, when Kacey says she's going to take care of something, she means it.
