Shaun Lepley has spent almost a decade in this industry, and if there's one thing he's built his whole approach around, it's honesty. People don't just want a loan closed, they want someone straight with them the whole way there. That's exactly what he brings to the table. Upfront, honest, no runaround, just clear answers and a plan that actually makes sense.

Whether it's a cash out, a new purchase, or simply finding a better rate and payment, Shaun genuinely enjoys the work of helping people get there. If there's a way to qualify a borrower, he's going to find it, and he's going to move fast doing it. His clients consistently point to two things: how well he communicates and how quickly he gets things done. In an industry where waiting around is often the norm, Shaun treats speed and clarity like they're non-negotiable.

Licensed to serve clients nearly nationwide, Shaun brings that same energy to every state he works in.
Outside of work, you'll find him on the golf course, chasing the same kind of focus and precision that makes him good at his job in the first place.
