Erin started her mortgage career on the retail side before making a deliberate move to better serve her clients with more creative options and fewer constraints. That decision was not accidental. She wanted to put clients first rather than fit them into a one size fits all box, and she has built her entire career around that philosophy. Along the way she earned recognition as the top closer and top referral banker at her previous company, and became the first female to achieve the Premiere Banker title there, a designation that required a 100% referral only business for six consecutive months. She held that title until she moved on. Currently licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, Michigan, Florida, Georgia, and Maryland, with plans to expand back to the 21 state footprint she previously held, Erin brings a national perspective to every transaction. She thrives on complexity. First time buyers who need real guidance, move up buyers navigating timing and equity, self employed borrowers with non traditional income, investors looking for DSCR or creative structuring solutions.
