SC - TAO Evan Kelly is a mortgage loan originator with over a decade of experience helping homebuyers across South Carolina and the Lowcountry. He serves Charleston, Mount Pleasant, West Ashley, Summerville, Ladson, Goose Creek, and Moncks Corner, and works with all major loan types including Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, and USDA. With a background in banking and communications, Evan is known for taking the time to understand what matters most to each borrower, whether they are purchasing a home or refinancing their current rate and terms. He focuses on being a trusted partner throughout the process, helping clients choose the mortgage strategy that fits their goals and makes the experience as smooth and straightforward as possible. We can close loans other lenders can't with a wide range of programs to fit any borrower's situation. Evan has a bachelor's degree in communications from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and was recognized as the Mortgage Lenders Association of Greater Charleston's Mortgage Lender of the Year for 2025. Evan prides himself on staying engaged with borrowers from initial application to the closing table, while remaining in contact even after closing if questions come up.
