MT - 2765754, CO - 100546231 Madison Havens is proof that great loan officers are not always the ones who have been doing it the longest. This is her first year in mortgage, but she is not starting from scratch. Years of working directly with people, from the service industry to real estate to property management, taught her how to read a room, stay calm when things get stressful, and make people feel genuinely taken care of. That foundation is exactly what she brings to every client now. Madison is currently licensed in Colorado and focused on Denver and the surrounding areas, with plans to expand into Wyoming and Montana as her licensing comes through. Once that happens, she will be serving Sheridan County and Johnson County in Wyoming and building a strong presence in Yellowstone County, Montana. She is especially drawn to working with first time homebuyers and clients who assume homeownership is out of reach for them. Madison wants to be the person who proves that assumption wrong. What sets her apart is simple. She prioritizes people, both clients and colleagues, and she means it when she says she is available anytime, whether it is a question, a concern, or just a cup of coffee and a conversation. People who have worked with her describe someone who is fun loving, easy to talk to, and calm under pressure, the kind of person who can walk into a stressful situation and make everyone feel like it is going to be okay. Outside of work, Madison spends her time with her dog, at the family cabin in the mountains, and surrounded by the people she loves most.
