This is her first year in mortgage, but she is not starting from scratch. Years of working directly with people, from the service industry to real estate to property management, taught her how to read a room, stay calm when things get stressful, and make people feel genuinely taken care of. That foundation is exactly what she brings to every client now. Madison is currently licensed in Colorado and Wyoming, with plans to expand into Montana as her licensing comes through. She is especially drawn to working with first time homebuyers and clients who assume homeownership is out of reach for them. Madison wants to be the person who proves that assumption wrong. She prioritizes people, both clients and colleagues, and she means it when she says she is available anytime, whether it is a question, a concern, or just a cup of coffee and a conversation.
