Most people don't lose sleep over their mortgage rate. They lose sleep wondering where their file is. Amy Edmonston built her whole approach around making sure that never happens.

Her rule is simple: treat every borrower's home loan like it's her own. That means fast answers, constant updates, and a phone that gets picked up. Clients describe her as caring, kind, and easy to reach, and they tend to use a word you don't hear much about mortgages: seamless.

Amy specializes in the Pocono area, including Monroe County, Pike County, and Bushkill, and she lends all over Pennsylvania. First-time buyers, repeat buyers, and investors all work with her, and she genuinely enjoys a good refinance.

She can see problems coming because she has worked the business from every angle. In 22 years, Amy has been on the investor, broker, and banking sides, owned her own company, and led a support team as a Senior Loan Partner before moving into Sales Manager. When a curveball shows up mid-file, she has usually seen it before and knows the fix.

Away from the desk, Amy is a mom to two daughters, and she fills the rest of her time with reading, church, and exercise.

At Citywide Home Mortgage, Amy's goal is easy to state: you should never have to wonder what happens next.
