About Sean Chandler

For the first twelve years of his career, Sean worked as a Loan Officer Assistant, which means he has sat on both sides of the table. He knows what it takes to get a loan from application to closing not just in theory but in practice, having worked alongside the sales and operations teams that make it happen. When he moved into the Loan Officer role, he brought all of that institutional knowledge with him, and his clients are better for it. Based in Orange County and licensed throughout California, Sean works primarily in Los Angeles, Orange, and Riverside counties. He is fluent in the full range of loan products, from Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA to Non-QM programs like DSCR and Bank Statement loans, which means he can find a path forward for a wide variety of borrowers whether they are buying their very first home, moving up, or building an investment portfolio. What drives Sean is not the transaction. It is the relationship. He has no interest in closing a loan and disappearing. He wants to be the person his clients call years later when they have a question, are thinking about refinancing, or are ready to buy again. That kind of long-term commitment is rarer than it should be, and his clients feel the difference. When Sean is not working, he is exactly where he wants to be: with his wife and three kids. He plays co-ed softball with his wife and disc golf at local parks, and he is an unshakeable fan of the Angels, the Lakers, and the Tennessee Titans, which in Southern California takes a certain kind of conviction.
