As Branch Manager of Citywide Home Mortgage and head of The Klein Team, Mark brings over three decades of lending experience and a strong financial background as a former CPA.

Since 2009, Mark has focused on Reverse Mortgages, recognizing them as one of the most underutilized financial tools available to seniors. He partners with financial advisors, CPAs, estate planning attorneys, and wealth managers to integrate Reverse Mortgages into holistic retirement plans—helping clients unlock home equity, improve cash flow, preserve assets, and age in place with dignity.

Mark’s CPA experience—four years at Coopers & Lybrand and two as a tax manager with a real estate-focused firm—gives him a unique ability to navigate complex tax returns, income structures, and high-net-worth scenarios. His team offers both FHA-insured and proprietary Jumbo Reverse Mortgages up to $4 million, all delivered with the control and efficiency of a direct lender.
